We always aim to support our international customers who may incur extra costs beyond their order value. If your shipping address is outside the UK, please note that we do not collect duties or import taxes at checkout.

How to Get a Refund for Customs & Duties
If you've been asked to pay duties or customs clearance fees — don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

Receipt of payment (a photo of the paper receipt, or a digital receipt from your local shipping carrier)
Once we receive your information, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days.
European Union

Order value below €150: VAT is collected, no additional tax will apply
- Order value above €150: VAT will be charged on/before delivery under the EU's IOSS regulations post-Brexit
- Customs Duty 6.3% may apply (pay before/on delivery)
Norway
- 25% MVA is collected, no additional tax will apply
- Duty Free
United States
- Order value below USD 800: No import tax or duty applies
- Order value above USD 800: No import tax, but 11.4% customs duty applies
Australia
- Order value below AUD 1000: GST free
- Order value above AUD 1000: GST at 10% is applied (pay before/on delivery)
- Duty Free
New Zealand
- Order value below NZD 400: GST free
- Order value above NZD 400: GST at 15% is applied (pay before/on delivery)
