We understand that sometimes an item might not be quite what you expected. If you're not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, please register a return with us within 14 days of delivery. 

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that all Final Sale items are non-returnable, unless the item you received is incorrect or faulty.

UK Returns

We offer free returns for all UK orders.

Please note that the original delivery cost of £3.60 or more will be deducted from your refund, unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.

International Returns

While we don’t currently offer free returns for international orders (unless your item is faulty or you’ve received the wrong item), you can still return your items at your own cost. To make the process smoother, we recommend marking your package as "returned goods" to avoid any extra duties.

A quick tip: To ensure your items reach us safely, we strongly suggest using a registered, trackable service and keeping your proof of posting. This way, you’ll have peace of mind, and we can assist you better in case of any issues.

VERY IMPORTANT

  • To ensure a smooth return process, please use the original kraft packaging box if possible and include the packing slip with your return package. If you no longer have the packing slip, kindly write a note with your order number, as well as the full name and email address used when placing the order.
  • To be eligible for a refund
    1. You must register your return within 14 days of delivery
    2. items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, such as any dust bags provided. Please take care to ensure the item is returned safely and in good condition.
    3. Please note: We do not accept returns on archive/final sale items.

Refunds

We aim to process your refund within 2 working days of receiving your return. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the amount has been credited back to your original payment method. 

Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times or the third-party payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, except in cases where the item received is incorrect or faulty. If you would like a different item, we kindly ask that you place a new order and contact us to arrange a return for the original purchase.
