We understand that sometimes an item might not be quite what you expected. If you're not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, please register a return with us within 14 days of delivery. 

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by logging in to your account.

UK Returns

We offer free returns for all UK orders.
To create your return label, please register your return here.

Please note that £5 will be deducted from your refund, unless the item received is incorrect or faulty. Please allow 7 days for us to receive your return.

International Returns

We gladly accept returns from customers worldwide. While we are currently unable to provide prepaid return labels for international orders, you are welcome to return your item(s) using a postal or courier service of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A quick tip: To help ensure your return reaches us safely, please mark your package as "Returned Goods" to avoid any unnecessary customs duties. We also recommend using a registered, trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of posting. This will give you added peace of mind and allow us to assist you more effectively should any issues arise during transit.

VERY IMPORTANT

  • To ensure a smooth return process, please use the original kraft packaging box if possible and include the packing slip with your return package. If you no longer have the packing slip, kindly write a note with your order number, as well as the full name and email address used when placing the order.
  • To be eligible for a refund
    1. You must register your return within 14 days of delivery
    2. items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, such as any dust bags provided. Please take care to ensure the item is returned safely and in good condition.

Refunds

We aim to process your refund within 2 working days of receiving your return. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the amount has been credited back to your original payment method. 

Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times or the third-party payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, except in cases where the item received is incorrect or faulty. If you would like a different item, we kindly ask that you place a new order and contact us to arrange a return for the original purchase.
