We understand that sometimes items may not be exactly what you were hoping for. If you're not satisfied with a product purchased from our online store, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
UK Returns
We kindly request that you use Royal Mail 2nd Class (Large Letter Size). Since our items, particularly the silk scarves, are lightweight, the return postage typically ranges from £1.55 to £1.90.
Please note that the original delivery cost of £3.50 or more will be deducted from your refund, unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.
International Returns
While we don’t currently offer free returns for international orders (unless your item is faulty or you’ve received the wrong item), you can still return your items at your own cost. To make the process smoother, we recommend marking your package as "returned goods" to avoid any extra duties.
Please note that the original delivery cost of £10.60 or more will be deducted from your refund, unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.
A quick tip: To ensure your items reach us safely, we strongly suggest using a registered, trackable service and keeping your proof of posting. This way, you’ll have peace of mind, and we can assist you better in case of any issues.
VERY IMPORTANT
- To ensure a smooth return process, please include the original packing slip in your return package. If you no longer have the packing slip, kindly write a note with your order number, as well as the full name and email address used when placing the order.
- To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, such as any dust bags provided. Please take care to ensure the item is returned safely and in good condition.
- Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items.
Return Address
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we aim to process refunds within 3 working days. After processing, you'll receive a notification via email. Please note, it typically takes 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, except in cases where the items received are incorrect or faulty. If you'd like a different item, we kindly ask that you place a new order online after your return has been processed and refunded.
