Free UK & International Shipping
We're based in the UK, and our online shop proudly serves international customers across Europe, the USA, Canada, and Australia.
Shipping Methods
- UK Orders: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next business day)
- International Orders: Royal Mail International Tracked (3-7 business days)
Duties & Import Taxes Free Guaranteed
We ensure no extra duties or import taxes for all our international customers. For those outside the UK, please note that we do not collect duties or import taxes at checkout.

- Order value below €150: Imported VAT is collected at checkout, so no additional duties or taxes will apply.
- Order value exceeds €150: We recommend splitting your items into separate orders, ensuring each order value is below €150, to avoid extra charges.

Customers from other countries: If you’re asked to pay duties or taxes, don’t worry! We’ll refund the amount. Just email us at info@lulu-lane.com with your order number, full name, and proof of payment, and we’ll take care of the rest.
