Hi there,

I’m Lulu, the founder and designer behind LuluLane, based in the UK. With over 15 years of experience as a fashion designer, I bring an international perspective to my work, having collaborated with talented designers and manufacturers from across Asia, Europe, and the USA.

Before starting LuluLane, I spent 12 years working for a French fashion and lifestyle brand. In 2020, I began the journey of running my own independent business based near London, specializing in high-quality, hand-rolled silk and cashmere scarves featuring unique pattern designs. I take immense pride in contributing to the preservation of ancient hand-rolling craft skills, which risk being lost in our rapidly changing world. All our hand-rolled silk scarves are made using this skill, passed down through generations for centuries. My goal has always been to make silk and cashmere accessible—not just as luxury items, but as timeless materials that everyone can experience and appreciate for their beauty and benefits.

I’ve always been obsessed with pattern designs. My creative process is deeply rooted in using natural materials like silk, cotton, cashmere, wool, and linen. For me, these materials offer a tangible connection to the world around us.

At LuluLane, we’re a small but passionate team. Together, we are committed to creating thoughtfully designed and beautifully crafted products that reflect our love for timeless, practical pieces.

I’m a bit of a perfectionist—something my team finds both motivating and challenging! But this attention to detail helps me stay true to my values, avoiding mass-produced trends in favour of thoughtful, enduring designs. I hope our collections, which balance practicality with a little bold, sometimes nostalgia, resonate with you as much as they do with us.

Over the past few years, we’ve successfully delivered to 40 countries and received thousands of 5-star reviews from around the world. I’m truly appreciated for the opportunity to connect with each of you and to be part of delivering your love and kindness.
