Ordering from the EU

VAT & the €150 IOSS Limit

We use the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system to collect VAT on your order at checkout. This makes delivery smoother, with no surprise fees at the border.

However, the IOSS system only applies to orders under €150 (before VAT).

• ✅ If your order total (before VAT) is below €150, VAT is collected at checkout and no extra charges apply on delivery.

• ❌ If your order total (before VAT) is above €150, we cannot use IOSS. Import VAT (and any applicable duty) will be charged by your local customs authority when the parcel arrives.

Tip for larger orders: If you’d like to keep your order under the €150 IOSS limit, you may place separate orders, each below €150. Only orders placed separately can be processed under IOSS. If a single order is above €150, we cannot split it into smaller shipments on your behalf.
