  • Orders below €150: VAT is collected at checkout — no extra costs to you.

  • Orders above €150: To help you avoid Import VAT and duty charges on delivery, please place items as separate orders under €150 each.

Norway

  • 25% MVA is collected at checkout — no extra costs to you.

Switzerland

  • Order value below CHF 61.7: No import tax or duty applies
  • Order value above CHF 61.7: 8.1% VAT (Swiss import tax) may apply (pay on delivery)

United States

  • Customs duties paid, no extra cost to you.

Canada

  • Order value below CAD 150: 5%-15% GST may apply (pay on delivery)

How to Get a Refund for Customs & Duties

If you've been asked to pay duties or customs clearance fees — don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

Simply email us at info@lulu-lane.com with the following details:

  • Your name & order number

  • Receipt of payment (a photo of the paper receipt, or a digital receipt from your local shipping carrier)

Once we receive your information, we’ll process your refund within 2 working days.
