For the following destinations, all customs duties and taxes are fully covered by LuluLane:
- EU (except Belgium, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovenia. For those countries, a flat €3 customs charge may be requested on delivery, but we'll happily refund it. Learn more.)

Orders shipped to these countries will arrive with no additional fees.
Rest of the World
For all other destinations, we continue to ship globally with care and reliability.
Customs regulations vary by country, and in some cases, local authorities or couriers may request import duties or clearance fees upon delivery.
If this happens, you don’t need to worry — we’ve got you covered, wherever possible.
