Customs Update for Selected EU Destinations
Following new EU import regulations introduced on 1 July 2026, our Duties Paid (DDP) service now covers most EU destinations. Import VAT and duties are fully covered, so no additional payment should be required before or upon delivery.
Please note the following exceptions:
- Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovenia: a flat €3 customs charge may be requested before or upon delivery.
- Greece: import VAT at the standard rate of 24%, together with any applicable duties, may be requested before or upon delivery.
- Romania: import VAT at the standard rate of 21%, together with any applicable duties, may be requested before or upon delivery.
If you are asked to pay any import VAT, duties or customs charges, please keep the receipt and email it to us. We’ll be happy to refund the full amount.
We are actively working with our shipping partners to extend full DDP coverage to these destinations as soon as possible.
