Christmas Delivery Update

As we approach the busy Christmas season, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual, especially for international orders.

During this peak period, postal networks worldwide experience very high volumes. While we dispatch all orders promptly and work closely with Royal Mail, international deliveries also depend on the performance and capacity of local courier services in the destination country. This means delays can occasionally occur beyond our control.

What to Expect

• Orders are shipped on time according to our standard processing schedule.

• International delivery times may be extended due to seasonal congestion.

• Tracking information provided at dispatch is the only delivery update available, and it shows the same status that we can see.

Unfortunately, we do not receive additional or more detailed tracking updates beyond what is shown in the tracking system.
