Poor quality

I will be returning the silk scarf I purchased. I was very disappointed with it. Stiff, poor quality silk. Almost impossible to make it tie well. Matt finish to the scarf, and design only on one side. The whole effect of which makes the scarf feel cheap. Better quality can be found at 1/2 the price. A real shame. I had expected so much better for the price.

Hi Jules, thank you for your honest feedback, and I’m truly sorry that the leopard silk scarf in black colourway did not meet your expectations. After discussing your comments with our production team, we believe the black version may not have received sufficient softening during the finishing process before the hand-rolled hems were completed. As a result, the handle of this colourway is indeed firmer than our other colours. We take this very seriously and have removed all black versions from sale while we investigate the issue further. While silk naturally becomes softer with gentle hand washing and wear over time, we completely understand that the scarf should have felt right from the moment you received it. We have therefore issued you a full refund. Regarding the print, most of our silk scarves are double-sided, but this particular design is single-sided, as noted in the 'Details' section of the product page. Nevertheless, we completely understand that the overall look and feel did not meet your expectations. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback is genuinely valuable to us and helps us improve both our products and our service. We appreciate your honesty and are sorry that this purchase disappointed you. I bought this scarf for my daughter - it arrived very promptly and I was amazed and delighted how beautifully it had been wrapped. As I wanted to see it I was able to very carefully have a look at the scarf and then reassemble the package. As for the scarf itself it is of the highest quality and even better than I had thought it would be!
