Customs Update for Selected EU Destinations
Due to new EU import regulations introduced on 1 July 2026, our Duties Paid (DDP) service is currently not available for:
- Poland
- Greece
- Hungary
- Croatia
- Czechia
- Lithuania
- Romania
- Slovenia
Customers in these countries may be asked to pay a flat €3 customs fee upon delivery. This is a mandatory charge introduced under the new EU customs framework and is not set by LuluLane. We are actively working with our shipping partners to extend our DDP service to these destinations as soon as possible.

If you are charged any customs duties or import fees on your order, we will refund eligible charges.

Include:
- Your name & order number
- A copy or photo of the customs or import fee receipt issued by your local courier or customs authority
Refund processing
Once received, we will review and process your refund within 2 working days.
