Worldwide Shipping, Fully Transparent

Shipping & Processing

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0-2 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Free Tracked UK & International Shipping

  • UK Orders: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day)
  • International Orders: Royal Mail International Tracked (5-7 working days)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the provided link to stay updated on its progress.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Please keep in mind that estimated delivery times, especially for international shipments, may vary due to factors involving both the UK courier and your local one. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Customs & Duties Support

For DDP-covered destinations, all customs duties and import taxes are fully prepaid by us.

The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Fully Covered DDP Countries

For the following destinations, all customs duties and taxes are fully covered by LuluLane:

  • EU (except Belgium, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovenia. For those countries, a flat €3 customs charge may be requested on delivery, but we'll happily refund it. Learn more.)
  • United States
  • Switzerland
  • Norway

Orders shipped to these countries will arrive with no additional fees.

Rest of the World

For all other destinations, we continue to ship globally with care and reliability.

Customs regulations vary by country, and in some cases, local authorities or couriers may request import duties or clearance fees upon delivery.

If this happens, you don’t need to worry — we’ve got you covered, wherever possible.

If you are charged any customs duties or import fees on your order, we will refund eligible charges.

How to request a refund

  • A copy or photo of the customs or import fee receipt issued by your local courier or customs authority

Refund processing
